Kodian Enterprises is a massive company owned and managed by The Great and Esteemed King Kodian Venclorus. The Esteemed has managed and owned the company since the Ark and Pride of the Kore first landed on Terra, bringing it from just a simple alien-owned business to Terra's largest corporation. Kodian Enterprises, despite being owned and run by the leader of the Kodian Empire, is kept separate from Kodian Empire affairs through a series of laws that keep The Esteemed from using government funds to fuel the company, or vice versa. The company was established primarily to act as the means by which Operation New Dawn would be carried out, but was changed into a full corporation after New Dawn had finished and the Kodian Empire established.

As the largest corporation, Kodian Enterprises is responsible for managing international relations between companies, orchestrating fair practices, managing international law, managing the international stock market, mediating corporate conflicts, managing global crime, etc.; being the "father of the modern age," Kodian Enterprises is loved and hated by billions across the globe. Almost all corporations must bow to Kodian Enterprises if they are to operate, while those in some regions of the world dislike KE's stranglehold on the world.

Kodian Enterprises was founded to help contain, train, educate, and control the Gifted population of the K6 Universe through any means deemed necessary. The company was contracted by the United Nations, and operates internationally, even being responsible for the ongoing construction on the Moon, and has assets on the Mars colony as well. Kodian Enterprises uses its advanced technological capabilities and extreme wealth to spread prosperity across the globe, and is one of the truly good organizations on the planet.

Some may argue that the company uses unnecessarily rough methods of containment, or that their regulations are too strict, but a massive majority of people agree that the measures taken by the company are all required to keep the public safe. Uncontrolled Gifted individuals can be incredibly dangerous, even if unintentionally, and anyone with powers or an affinity for magic that is left outside of the company's reach will eventually be tempted by a villainous group. As such, it is imperative that the company go to extreme lengths to ensure that as many Gifted individuals are reached and trained with positive intentions in mind. Though the work of the IMD, Gifted individuals are assessed, contained, and educated in the ways of their powers.
